The Digital SMS Welcome
This will be texted to customers at new Rewards Card activation, welcoming them to the program. It includes their unique Card #, Pin # and their current Rewards Balance.
The Digital SMS Rewards Card
This will be texted to customers at new Rewards Card activation, as a digital version of their Rewards Card. It includes their unique Card #, Pin # and their current Rewards Balance. It can also be sent with other SMS Text blasts.
The Digital SMS Referral Card
These SMS Referral Cards are sent to your customers enrolled in the Rewards Program, which they can then forward to friends. Their name will appear on the cards as the referring customer. The offer value is a variable that also can be changed depending on the promotion you’d like to run.
Why should you have a digital Rewards Program?
The Digital Rewards Program bridges the gap between those customers who have a Rewards Card and those who don’t. The intention is to identify those customers or households without a Rewards Card and auto-activate a Rewards Card for them. Customers then receive a text and email that they have a Rewards Card with a balance (usually derived from previous spend).
Our Referral Program works so well at most auto repair shops. But we wanted to give it an upgrade, to back the paper Referral Cards with a digital version. The digital Referral Card can be easily forwarded by customers to their friends and family. The new customer who receives the Referral Card can actually activate a new Rewards Card for themselves ahead of their visit, and a Rewards Balance will be on their card already!
